In the modern world we all want to become fit either through health or wealth. So in case of health one of the best ways to become fit is YOGA.
YOGA, a technique to union the body, mind and breathing, makes our lives beautiful. It is a peaceful technique which gives a person both mental and physical peace and relaxation. Yoga makes our life more meaningful. This dissertation tells us about “Yoga- a Way to Become Relax with Health and Fitness.”
Yoga gives us happiness. People need to do yoga at every day.Yoga gives the wings to us to fly over from our mental problems. Yoga gives us a spiritual discipline which brings harmony in our body and mind.
The term “yoga” derived from the Sanskrit word “Yuj” meaning “to join” which is basically connected with body and mind. Patanjali is known as “The Father of Modern Yoga”.
There are so many importance of yoga in our lives:-
⦁ Yoga makes our mental peace and removes stress
⦁ It can reduce blood pressure
⦁ It can reduce joint pain
⦁ It teaches us how to live with happiness
⦁ Yoga also makes our body and mind calm and relax
⦁ It helps us to build a life free from stress
⦁ It directs our minds
⦁ It brings flexibility
⦁ It also improves the breathing
⦁ Yoga helps us to control our emotions
Yoga gives universal consciousness.
In this modern century we can see there are different types of diseases are coming in our lives. So to overcome these diseases we need to become fit from physically and mentally. Not only physical fitness is needed but also we need mental peace.
So there are some yoga asanas which we can practice in our daily life :-
Let's discuss them following:-
Padmasana:-
Padmasana, which converts to “lotus pose” in Sanskrit, needs yogis to have open hips. This position can be categorized as a cross-legged yoga pose which allows us to deepen our meditation by calming our minds and helping relieve a ton of physical ailments.
Some of the padmasana benefits:
1.Boosts energy levels
2. This relaxes the overthinking brain.
3. reduces digestive issues like loose motion, constipation, etc.
4. it massages the abdomen and reduces cramps.
5. It also reduces the risk of lower backaches if performed regularly.
Vajrasana
Vajrasana is the Sanskrit name for a seated yoga asana. This posture provides a deep stretch for the quadriceps and the tops of the feet, and is believed to assist in digestion.
Here are some Vajrasana benefits:-
1.Improved Digestion
2.helping to alleviate issues like indigestion, bloating, and constipation
3.Regular practice can also ease joint pain and discomfort
4. It can be especially helpful for individuals who spend long hours sitting
Vrikhshasana
Vrksasana is a Sanskrit term that combines the words Vriksha and Asana. Vriksha is the Sanskrit word for tree, while Asana is the Sanskrit word for posture. As a result, this is known as Tree Pose in English.
Following are some benefits:-
1. Balance and add more poise to your daily life.
2. With patience comes the muscles and better health.
3. Highly improves focus and concentration with the dhyana practice.
4. This pose helps to nurture the body by adjusting the movements.
Tadasana
Tadasana or the Mountain Pose is a basic yoga pose that is very beneficial for our health.
It's benefit are as follows:-
1.Tadasana helps improve posture if you have the habit of slouching or hunching your back.
2. Standing in the Tadasana pose helps boost circulation across the body.
3.This yoga pose helps improve a person’s ability to balance and increases their strength.
4.People who practise Tadasana yoga have been known to become more agile.
Dhanurasana
Dhanurasana stretches the entire back and allows you to feel the blood flow if you concentrate on your breathing.
Dhanurasana has the following benefits. Let us explain further:-
1. If you have depression or anxiety, do Dhanurasana daily.
2. It helps relieve all types of muscle pains.
3.This posture provides relief from back pain.
4.If you want to strengthen the arms and legs muscles, then do Dhanurasan.
Bhujangasana
Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) is a heart-opening backbend that allows you to stretch your entire upper body.
Bhujangasana benefits while doing asana properly:
1.By performing this pose, you will also speed up your metabolism and boost your body's capacity to burn calories.
2. Both men and women who suffer from various reproductive disorders may benefit from this asana.
3. This pose helps build a stronger core while strengthening the biceps and triceps.
4. By practicing it in everyday life will help you achieve a healthy balance between your mind and body.
Gamukhasana
Gomukhasana, also known as cow-face posture because the body resembles the face of a cow when in this position, is one such asana.
Benefits of Gomukhasana:
1. Gomukhasana helps your body to relax and relieves tension.
2. It expands your chest muscles, thus improving your respiratory health.
3.When done regularly, this asana helps improve posture.
4. It can help relieve spondylytis pain.
Yoga which is a way of life is characterized by balance, health, harmony and bliss. Meditation, pranayam, mudra, kriya these all are the parts of Yoga.
The famous yoga pranayam Anulom Vilom, will help in the physical improvement and focus on the psychological benefits that work wonder on stress reduction and improved breathing activities and blood circulation.
You breathe in and out with your diaphragm doing about 80 percent of the work to fill your lungs with a mixture of oxygen and other gases, and then to send the waste gas out.
Now, let's discuss about Vayu Mudra
Vayu mudra meaning comes from ancient Sanskrit language where Vayu means Air and Mudra means gesture.
It is believed to remove the excess harmful air produced due to waste material in the body, especially in the intestines through Vayu Mudra.
SURYA NAMASKAR
Surya Namaskar, which is known as "Sun Salutation" in English, is essentially about building a dimension within you, includes 12 steps.
Doing the Surya Namaskar at a faster pace than usual is a good cardio exercise that can help in losing weight. Its postures help in stretching your abdominal muscles causing you to shed pounds around the belly. It also helps in improving your metabolism.

Yoga is an Indian spiritual and physical practice or discipline whose origin date backs to prehistoric times.
